Only incorrectly supplied or defective/damaged items will be returned and exchanged.
Please contact us within 48 hours of having received any incorrectly supplied/damaged goods via this form OR at either support@theunlimitedplay or 0861 798 4642.
A correct replacement unit will be shipped at the earliest possible convenience.
Blu-ray discs incorrectly purchased as DVD's will incurr a 10% handling fee plus return courier charges.
All items must be returned intact i.e. no disc's missing etc.
No items must be marked e.g. names on discs's etc. These will not be accepted for return, whatsoever.
If no replacement item is available, you may choose to receive a credit or refund.
